From sample approval to finished goods — how we make your swimwear
Once your samples are approved, bulk production begins. At Beyond Swimwear, we manage every stage in-house — from fabric cutting to final QC — ensuring consistent quality across every piece in your order.
Your chosen fabric is inspected, relaxed, and cut according to graded patterns. All fabric is OEKO-TEX® and GRS certified.
Custom sublimation or screen printing is applied before assembly. Each print is color-matched against your approved sample.
Skilled workers cut and sew each piece. Inline QC checks happen at every station — cutting, stitching, and assembly.
Loose threads are trimmed, hardware (rings, sliders, clasps) is attached, and each piece is pressed and folded.
AQL 2.5 random inspection on every order. We check seam strength, colorfastness, sizing accuracy, and overall finish.
Your custom hang tags, care labels, and packaging are applied. Each piece is individually poly-bagged and packed for shipping.
