One-piece swimsuits are the anchor of a well-built swim collection. They carry the highest perceived value, photograph beautifully across every body type, and give your design team the largest canvas for prints, cut-outs, and construction detail. Styles We Manufacture
Our one-piece block library covers the full commercial range so you rarely start from zero. Classic maillot with clean scoop or square neckline. Monokini with sculpted side or front cut-outs and connecting hardware. Asymmetric one-shoulder with a single strap or ruffle detail. Deep-V plunge with internal power-mesh support. Long-sleeve and zip-front styles for surf and modest-leaning markets. Sport racerback with wide straps and higher back coverage for active brands. Each block can be re-graded, lengthened in the torso, or adjusted at the leg line to match your target customer.
Fabric Options
The default construction is Nylon Spandex 80/20 — soft hand feel, excellent recovery, and the smooth surface that premium swim brands expect. For sustainability-led collections we run REPREVE recycled polyester, recycled polyester spandex 84/16, and ECONYL regenerated nylon, all with GRS documentation available for your compliance file. Heavier double-layer constructions (typically 200-220 gsm) are recommended for sculpting and shaping styles because they hold the body without visible seaming. We also stock chlorine-resistant PBT blends for swim-club and training programs.
Construction & Craftsmanship Details
Edges are finished with fold-over elastic (FOE) or a clean picot elastic turn-and-coverstitch, depending on your price point. Side seams run flatlock so nothing digs in during wear. Bust support is built with removable cups in a sewn-in pocket, power-mesh shelf lining, or underwire channels for cup-sized ranges. Cut-outs are reinforced with bar tacks at every stress point — this is the single most common failure point on cheap one-pieces and where factory experience shows. Leg openings use silicone-backed elastic on high-cut styles to prevent riding. Gold or silver plated zinc-alloy hardware is available for ring and slider detailing, with nickel-free plating on request.
Customization & Branding
Prints are produced by sublimation for polyester bases or digital pigment printing for nylon, with our standard print turnaround at 2-3 days once artwork is approved. Custom Pantone color matching is included, with one round of lab dips before bulk. Branding options include woven main labels, heat-transfer care labels for tagless comfort, silicone logo patches, embroidered logos, custom hangtags, branded poly bags, and printed cartons. If you need a full brand kit developed alongside the garment, our team can produce label and packaging mockups during the sampling stage.
Sizing & Fit Development
Standard grading runs XS-3XL across US, EU, and UK size charts. Fit is where one-pieces succeed or fail — torso length is the critical measurement, and it varies significantly between US, EU, and Australian markets. We recommend approving a fit sample in your core size before grading the full range. Plus-size and extended-cup ranges are supported with adjusted strap placement, wider back bands, and reinforced underbust elastic. Custom size charts from your own fit model are welcome and become the reference for the entire production run.
Packaging & Shipping
Each piece is inspected, folded, and packed in a poly bag with your branded insert card if supplied. Standard export cartons are 5-ply with your shipping marks. We arrange air express (DHL/FedEx, 5-7 days), air freight, sea freight, and rail to Europe, and we provide full commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin documentation. Orders under 100 kg typically move fastest by air express; sea freight becomes economical above roughly 300 kg.

50 pieces per style per color using our stock fabrics. Custom sublimation prints start at 100 pcs, custom dyed fabric at 200 pcs, and fully developed bespoke fabric at 300-500 pcs.
How long does production take?
Samples take 2-3 weeks. Bulk production runs 15-20 days for stock fabric, and 18-25 days when a custom print or dye lot is involved.
Can you match a reference swimsuit I already own?
Yes. Send us the physical sample or clear photos with measurements. We reverse-engineer the pattern, source the closest fabric match, and produce a counter sample for your approval.
Do you offer recycled or sustainable fabric?
