The two-piece set is the volume driver of nearly every swim brand. It carries the strongest margin, supports mix-and-match merchandising that lifts average order value, and lets you turn one print into an entire capsule. We manufacture full bikini sets as matched pairs or as separates, so your customer can buy a size 6 top with a size 10 bottom — a simple decision that measurably reduces returns for DTC brands.
Top and Bottom Combinations
Top blocks include triangle (fixed or sliding), bandeau with removable straps, halter with tie or clasp closure, underwire for cup-sized ranges, longline with underbust band, bralette, and sport crop. Bottom blocks cover classic, high-waist, high-cut, cheeky, Brazilian, thong, tie-side, and boy-short. Any top pairs with any bottom, and we can build your line plan around a shared print so production runs efficiently while your catalogue looks broad.
Fabric Options
Our most popular two-piece base is recycled polyester spandex 84/16 — GRS certified, colorfast, and holding print definition sharply. Nylon spandex 80/20 delivers a softer, more luxurious hand for premium positioning. ECONYL regenerated nylon is available for brands that need a verifiable circular story with full chain-of-custody documentation. Ribbed knits, crinkle textures, terry, and matte finishes are all in the stock library, and textured fabrics are currently among the strongest sellers in the European market.
Construction & Craftsmanship Details
Necklines and leg openings are bound with fold-over elastic for a secure, non-sagging fit. Scrunch-back and ruched bottoms are built with elastic shirring inserted during sewing rather than as an afterthought, which is what keeps the gather even after repeated wear. Removable pads sit in a stitched pocket with a clean opening that will not gape. Ties are made from self-fabric tubing with sealed ends. Hardware — O-rings, sliders, and adjusters — comes in zinc alloy with gold, silver, rose gold, or matte black plating, all corrosion tested for saltwater exposure. Silicone anti-slip elastic is available at the underbust for larger cup sizes.
Customization & Branding
Custom digital printing covers floral, tropical, animal, geometric, tie-dye, and ombre families, or your own artwork. Because tops and bottoms cut from the same print need to align at the side seam, we handle print placement mapping at the pattern stage rather than cutting blindly from yardage. Branding runs from woven labels and silicone logo patches to custom-engraved hardware for higher-volume programs. Packaging options include branded poly bags, tissue and sticker sets, and printed mailer boxes.
Sizing & Fit Development
Standard sizing runs XS-3XL. For two-pieces we strongly recommend selling separates or at minimum offering two size-pair combinations, since roughly a third of women size differently on top and bottom. Mixed size ratios per carton are supported at no extra charge — a typical breakdown is S:M:L:XL at 1:2:2:1. Cup-sized grading with underwire construction is available from B through E cup.
Packaging & Shipping
Sets are packed as matched pairs in a single poly bag unless you specify separates packing. Hangtags are attached at the bottom side seam or top strap per your spec. Cartons are labelled with style, color, and size breakdown for direct 3PL intake — useful if you ship straight into Amazon FBA or a fulfilment partner. We handle air express, air freight, sea, and rail to Europe with full export documentation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the MOQ counted per set or per piece?
Per set — 50 complete sets per style per color. If you order tops and bottoms as separates, the MOQ applies to 50 pieces of each component.
Can I mix sizes within the MOQ?
Yes. Mixed size ratios within the same style and color are included at no extra cost. A common split is S:M:L:XL at 1:2:2:1.
Can tops and bottoms be sold in different sizes?
Yes, and we recommend it. Separates packing lets your customer combine sizes, which typically lowers return rates for online brands.
How do you handle print alignment between top and bottom?
Print placement is mapped at the pattern stage so the motif scales correctly across both pieces and aligns at the side seam. This is included in sampling.
What is the minimum for a custom print?
Custom sublimation printing starts at 100 pcs per print. Below that we recommend selecting from our existing print library, which has no additional minimum.
Do you offer GRS-certified recycled fabric?
Yes. Recycled polyester 84/16 and ECONYL regenerated nylon are both available with GRS documentation for your compliance records.
